Architect Services

The most successful residential architecture projects are the ones in which the client, the architect and the builder work and collaborate together. Maintaining that communication results in shared expectations of budget, schedule and design outcome. Our involvement can extend throughout construction if needed to ensure the design is successfully realized.

Residential design services include:

• Architectural and interior design consultation and space-planning.
• Schematic design for new construction, renovations and additions.
• Design development, based on an ongoing dialogue with our clients.
• Preparation of a full set of construction documents for bid and permit.
• Assistance in contractor selection and bid negotiation.
• Aid in the interpretation of the drawings throughout construction.
